I am a Dubai born & raised Medical Doctor and trained as a General Psychiatrist in the UK. I have 10 years+ Consultant expertise through my broad- based experience in a variety of settings (inpatient & outpatient) in both the Public (NHS) and Private (Priory Group, Cygnet) sectors. I have worked closely with clients with a range of mental health disorders including Mood & Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorders, Physical illnesses, Early Psychosis and other mental health issues.
Due to my international upbringing, I work at ease with people from diverse cultural, occupational and ethnic backgrounds. I am a good listener and have a warm, empathic approach when working with clients. I am very approachable and collaborate with a high calibre network of specialists and professionals to make sure my clients receive the required care at all levels.
My Special Interest is in Women’s Mental Health, especially working-age women struggling with Stress, Anxiety & Depression using an Evidence- Based Holistic Lifestyle approach.
